Cliff Keeler is an award winning former self-syndicated outdoor columnist (”Cliff’s Outdoor Notes”), newspaper journalist, professional stock and portrait photographer as well as publisher of calendars, posters, greeting cards and other visual media 
promoting his photography. He published and marketed his National Calendar Competition’s multiple award winning “The Missouri Heritage Calendar” from 1996 through 2001. Keeler earned a top investigative reporting award from the Missouri Press Association in 1997 regarding luxury-boat tax evasions and excesses on Missouri waters. A series of continuing articles in his column regarding the latter were eventually nominated for two back to back Pulitzer award competitions.
He is a founder and charter president of “Missouri Outdoor
Communicators” (MOC) and is also a member of the “Outdoor Writer’s Association of America.”
His passion for and involvement with nature, the environment and man’s historical roots in the latter are amply documented in his articles and photography. His crafts have been recognized by peers numerous times earning national and regional professional media awards.
