Check out new recipes just posted. Click on “Cliff’s Outdoor Notes” and then open “Fresh Water Fish Recipes.” For me, catching fish is less than 10% of the fun. Please, don’t get me wrong. I have a blast catching them. Howsomever, the real party starts in the kitchen later. I don’t know about skinnin’ cats but I do know there is more than one way to cook fish. And frying them is way down low on the totem with me.
